| Why isn’t my event showing on the website yet? |

If you’ve submitted an event, it may be waiting for review/verification or missing key details (date/time, venue, ticket link, etc.). If it’s urgent, contact us and we’ll take another look. |
| What should I do if event details are wrong or change? |

Please message us with the corrected information and, if possible, a link to the official updated source. We’ll update the listing as soon as it’s confirmed. |
| What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed? |

Once we’re notified and can verify it, we’ll update the listing to show it’s cancelled/postponed and add the new date if one is provided. |

We focus on events across our core coverage area and may include nearby listings where relevant. If you’re unsure, submit your event and we’ll confirm whether it fits. |

Yes — we’re happy to include free and community events as long as we can confirm the details. |

Yes. If your event repeats, send the schedule (e.g., every Friday) plus any exceptions or end date, and we’ll list it as clearly as possible. |

| Does Vibe sell tickets directly? |

No — we typically link to the official ticket provider (venue, organiser, or ticketing platform). Ticket sales and policies are handled by the seller. |
| Who do I contact about ticket issues or refunds? |

Please contact the ticket seller listed on your order confirmation (or the venue/organiser). They manage refunds, exchanges, and ticket support. |
| Is Vibe responsible for changes made by event organisers? |

Event details can change. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but the organiser/venue is the official source. If you notice a change, let us know and we’ll update the listing once confirmed. |
